Homemade popsicles are extremely easy to make and will provide your child with calcium as they are made with yogurt.

Preparation Time is only 5 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
1 can (12 ounces) apple-cranberry juice concentrate or any other juice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 small paper cups
8 plastic spoons

What to do...............

CHILD STEP Wash hands and get all the ingredients out.
CHILD

Mix together yogurt, juice concentrate, and vanilla.

PARENT STEP

Pour mixture into small paper cups.

CHILD
Place plastic spoons in cup to make handles. Put in freezer.

PARENT STEP After pig-sicles set, run under hot water to remove frozen pop from cup.
