Broccoli
Chowder

You
will need:
1
medium onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon -- instant
1 pound processed American cheese -- cubed
4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
10 ounces broccoli, frozen -- cooked
Have you washed your hands?
Do you have a grown-up helper?
Good, then you're ready to begin...
Saute
onion in butter in saucepan until tender.
Sprinkle
with flour.
Stir in bouillon dissolved in 2 cups hot water.
Cook until smooth and thick stirring constantly.
Add cheese stirring until melted.
Stir in milk gradually.
Add seasonings and broccoli with cooking liquid mixing well.
Serve with crispy rolls and butter if you like.
Note:
You can prepare everything ahead of cooking time.
