You
will need:

Cup of low-fat custard mix
(preferably made with hot low-fat milk, not water)
½
Cup of raspberries
¼
Cup of low far or organic double cream
Have you washed your hands?
Do you have a grown-up helper?
Good, then you're ready to begin...
1. Puree the raspberries.
2.
Make up one cup of the custard mix.
3.
Mix the custard and raspberry puree together.
4.
Pour a swirl of cream into the custard just before you serve.

CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF HOT FOOD BEFORE SERVING.
If your child really wants, you could add a little sugar or
honey.
Moderation
is the key with sweeteners, and unprocessed raw cane sugar
or a little honey is always the preferred option.
