Beaney Custard

HOT

You will need:

1 Cup of low-fat custard mix
(preferably made with hot low-fat milk, not water)

½ Cup of raspberries

¼ Cup of low far or organic double cream

icon.gif (1034 bytes) Good, then you're ready to begin...

 

1. Puree the raspberries.

2. Make up one cup of the custard mix.

3. Mix the custard and raspberry puree together.

4. Pour a swirl of cream into the custard just before you serve.

ALWAYS CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF HOT FOOD BEFORE SERVING.

If your child really wants, you could add a little sugar or honey.
Moderation is the key with sweeteners, and unprocessed raw cane sugar or a little honey is always the preferred option.
