You
will need:
½ small tub of vanilla flavour low fat
yoghurt or low fat fromage frais
½
cup of raspberries or strawberries or a mixture of both
½
cup organic or low fat double cream
Have you washed your hands?
Do you have a grown-up helper?
Good, then you're ready to begin...
1.
Puree the raspberries with a liquidiser or fork and leave
puree in the bowl.
2.
Whip the double cream until it is thick and stiff.
Be careful if you are using an electric whisk as it can go
from really thick cream to butter in that second too long!
3.
Fold the raspberry puree and the vanilla yoghurt or fromage
frais into the cream.
4.
Chill in the refrigerator as desired, but half an hour is
good!
5.
If your child really wants, you could add a little sugar or
honey. Moderation is the key with sweeteners, and un-processed
raw cane sugar or a little honey is always the preferred option.
